Change screen resolution, text size
Change screen resolution - Windows 98
There are two simple ways to change screen resolution in Windows 98. The first is to click the monitor icon in the system tray (lower right), select a different option from the menu, and reboot.
To change resolution w/o rebooting, select control panel/display/settings. Move the slide bar to change resolution.
Remember that you can change font size within Internet Explorer (View, Text size)
If the monitor icon is missing try this.
Change text size
In the menu bar near the top of the page (toward the left) should be "View". Click on it.
A new menu appears; click on "text size". Another menu appears; select desired size.
