10 ...evolution-science and creation-science would not violate

11 ...the United States Constitution's prohibition against

12 ...establishment of religion, because it would involve

13 ...presentation of the scientific evidences and related

14 ...inferences for each model rather than any religions

15 ...instruction: and

16 .............(12) most citizens, whatever their religious

17 ...beliefs about origins, favor balanced treatment in public

18 ...schools of alternative scientific models of origins for

19 ...better guiding students in their search for knowledge,

20 ...and they favor a neutral approach toward subjects

22 ...convictions of students.

23 .............Sec. 3. The Legislature enacts this act for
