Need small screwdriver, large Phillips screwdriver

Remove only outer screws from latch plate

Remove inner knob (spring clip)

Remove outer ring (spring clip)

Unscrew ciruclar retainer

Remove shroud (rotate 45 Degrees)

Silicone oil to mchanism

Reattch shroud

Make sure 3 latch layers fully engage

Inner plate

Screw on retaining ring - Adjust inner, outer plates

Outer ring

Inner knob
