Trying to file 990N. Filled in name, password, answered questions,etc. When I entered it dumped me onto a blank page - https://sa.www4.irs.gov/eauth/eauthController.jsp?actionName=CreateProfileProxy

Called help desk - said try another browser
When I logged in it said if image and phrase are incorrect (they were incorrect) don't proceed
No info on what to do
Called help desk - said need latest Adobe
Installed, had the same problem
Called help desk - gave me 1-877-829-5500
Lots of time on hold
Responder not sure what to do - more time on hold
Tried "forgot password" but realized I didn't enter taxpayer ID when I created login!
Eventually created new ID - finally success!
Filled in form - clicked on "Submit"
Access denied! No hint on what to do

Shorter hold - responder left me on hold then apparently cut off

Filled form again while waiting - Access denied
Responder was unable to help
